The Greater Foundation of Chicagoland is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to enhancing the professional development of youth and young adults in the Chicago area through sports like Boxing and Chess. Our programs integrate physical fitness and mental acuity, fostering critical thinking, patience, and discipline through Chess, alongside health and fitness through Boxing.

Our nonprofit offers valuable services to students within the Chicago Public School system and surrounding suburbs. The T.G.F. after school Chess & Boxing Clubs aim to foster competition and engagement among classmates and peers.

Partnering with several Bronzeville Elementary Schools including Doolittle and Bronzeville Charter Scholastic’s, The Greater Foundation is recognized for its high student retention rates and notable improvements in participants' grade point averages, along with a 90% attendance rate and reduced incidents of student detention and suspension.
